Main Description:
1. A High-speed numerical control slitting machine is used to cut kraft paper, bobbin paper, printing paper, and other wide-coiled materials into various narrow-coiled materials according to different needs in the production process
2. Hydraulic shaftless mill roll stand loading paper roll easy and fast load paper
3. The whole machine adopts a chrome-plated steel pipe, the surface is ground, and each one is dynamically balanced.
4. The unwinding adopts a 3-inch cone-bottom clamping material shaftless unwinding, and the maximum diameter can reach 1300mm.
5. The main shaft and the round knife use the inverter step-less speed change system; PLC digital control
6. Fast unloading design, pneumatic tension control for loading and unloading, and pneumatic paper unloading to reduce work intensity, and improve production efficiency.
