It is a high-efficiency screen that relies on pressure to screen wet materials.
It consists of screen surface, screen box, feed device and outlet. The curved screen surface is the key component of the Pressure Arc Screen . It is welded from a stainless steel wedge-shaped surface wire and support wire. During operation, the wet material is ejected from the nozzle under a pressure of 0.2-0.4Mpa, with a high feed injection speed and a tangential force. The surface wire is tilted and has a certain angle to form a knife edge to better cut and separate the fibers. The fibers are before the screen; after the starch enters the screen; the so-called "scraping" effect is to make the material easy to grade, and the entire screen surface is essential for self-cleaning. The screened material is discharged from the slag outlet, and the screened material enters the slurry outlet.

Below three factor will affect screening efficiency of Maize Corn Starch & Wheat Starch:
1. Feeding pressure: The feeding pressure should be 0.2-0.4 MPa. The higher of pressure, the higher of the screening efficiency, and the lower of the pressure, the lower of the screening efficiency.
2. The nozzle and the pressure arc screen surface should be tangent. If the installation accuracy is too poor, it will not be possible to produce a cutting effect, so the screen surface will not be able to screen the material, or the movement of the material will be blocked and change the direction of movement. At this time, the screen surface will also lose the function of screening the material.
3. The influence of the fine grinding process before screening: It cannot be milling too fine, otherwise the finely milling slag particles will enter the starch milk together with the small starch particles, increasing the slag content in the starch milk.
