In the production of lithium battery positive electrode materials, in order to ensure the purity of the materials, the conveying pipelines are usually made of PC pipes, fiberglass and other materials. Due to the scouring of the air-powder mixture, the powder conveying pipeline is seriously worn, especially the elbow part. Because the airflow changes its flow direction on the bend, the outer side of the elbow is severely worn, so it needs to be replaced frequently, which greatly delays production efficiency.
The powder conveying elbow for the production of positive and negative materials of lithium batteries is composed of three layers of 304 stainless steel pipe, viscose and wear-resistant ceramic, and uses an integral wear-resistant ceramic ring as the inner lining anti-wear layer. Specifically, the wear-resistant ceramic tube is fired as a whole and then installed in sections in the stainless steel elbow. The inner wall of the pipeline is smooth,good sealing, and it is resistant to wear, corrosion and high temperature.
