Extremely high hardness and wear resistance: The Mohs hardness of alumina ceramic lining is as high as 9.0, equivalent to HRC90 or above, which means that it can effectively resist the continuous impact and wear of high-concentration, large-particle materials, and an ideal choice for handling abrasive media in industries such as metallurgy, electricity, mining, and coal. Its wear-resistant life far exceeds that of traditional slag steel materials, up to ten or even dozens of times, greatly reducing the replacement frequency and maintenance costs.
Excellent chemical stability: Alumina ceramics have good chemical inertness and can resist corrosion from a variety of acids, alkalis and corrosive media, ensuring long-term stable operation even under harsh working conditions.
Smooth inner surface and low resistance: The inner surface of the ceramic liner is extremely smooth, without defects such as convex spiral lines, which helps to reduce the resistance of material flow and improve the separation efficiency and capacity of the cyclone. Test results show that its inner surface smoothness is better than any metal pipe, and the resistance coefficient is as low as 0.0193, which is lower than that of seamless steel pipes, further reducing energy consumption and operating costs.
Never rust: Unlike metal materials, alumina ceramics will not rust or corrode, and can maintain its excellent performance even in humid or corrosive environments, extending the service life of the equipment.
Environmental protection and sustainability: Due to the high wear resistance and long life of alumina ceramics, waste generated by frequent replacement of parts is reduced, which meets the requirements of modern industry for environmental protection and sustainable development.
