The microporous ceramic filter plate uses inorganic membrane microfiltration materials, with white corundum, brown corundum, silicon carbide and other materials with fine pores and uniform pore size as the base, and then coated with a membrane surface with ultra-fine micropores. After secondary firing, it is compounded into a fan plate with a double-sided ceramic filter membrane surface. The surface membrane pore size is usually between 0.1 and 5 microns and is composed of countless uniformly distributed micropores. It has good water permeability, and the water permeability is about 1100L/m2H~1800L/m2H. When the fluid passes through these tiny holes, the mineral particles are trapped on the surface of the filter medium, thereby achieving filtration.
