1. The cold trap has a large opening and is made of corrosion-resistant 304 stainless steel, which meets the requirements of GLP; It has the function of sample pre-freezing in the early stage, and there is no need to be equipped with an ultra-low temperature refrigerator or treated with liquid nitrogen.
2. The 7-inch true color LCD touchscreen control system is adopted, which is simple and convenient to operate and has powerful functions. It is used as the man-machine interface and Chinese (English) convertible interface. The system is equipped with various sensors to display the working time, cold trap temperature, sample temperature, and vacuum degree in curve and digital form, and record the drying curve and data.
3. The drying chamber adopts a colorless and transparent one-time injection molding polycarbon drying chamber, which is corrosion-resistant, nonfragile, nonadhesive, high transparency, strong tightness, clear and intuitive samples, and can observe the whole process of freeze-drying.
4. It has the function of cold trap electric heating and defrosting to shorten the waiting time for secondary use.
5. An intelligent data recording system can automatically save freeze-drying data, continuously record real-time data, generate tables, and view them in the form of real-time curves and historical curves, and the whole freeze-drying process is clear.
6. The starting temperature of the vacuum pump can be preset. When it is lower than the set temperature, the vacuum pump can be started effectively to prevent a large amount of water vapor from entering the pump and extend the service life of the vacuum pump.
