Mirror Roller Material Selection: Select high quality domestic and imported steel, 20 gauge steel, forged alloy steel (42GrMo, 38GrMoAl), tempered, de-stressed and quenched by advanced heat treatment process. The wall thickness is uniform after inner hole processing, and the surface hardness after quenching can reach HRC50-58.

Internal structure: with heating or cooling structure, two-layer or three-layer, spiral or Z-shaped runner. Inner sleeve and roller body surplus red mounting. Water inlet and outlet on both sides or inlet and outlet on the same side.
