The PU timing belt is made of imported thermoplastic polyurethane material, which has high wear resistance. Various types of steel wire cores ensure that it still maintains good movement ability during transmission and has small production tolerances. During the production process, a layer of nylon is added to the tooth surface and/or back of the tooth to ensure that the operating characteristics remain unchanged in special applications. A thick layer of polyurethane can also be added to the back of the belt to prevent corrosion or high loads.
Advantage:
1.PU timing belt has high flexibility, shear resistance and flex fatigue resistance, and is not easy to age.
2. Good wear resistance and oil resistance. PU timing belt uses multi-strand steel wire ropes spirally wound along the width of the belt as a tensile layer, and its position is determined as the node line of the timing belt. The steel wire core can increase the strength and tensile strength of the belt, giving the belt good dimensional stability.
3. The tensile layer has high tensile strength and bending fatigue resistance. The elastic modulus is large and no elongation is allowed during operation, thereby ensuring that the pitch of the synchronous belt remains unchanged.
Application areas:
It is suitable for high-precision, high-strength and high-speed transmission systems where the environment should be relatively dry and the operating temperature is generally -20 ~ +80 C.
