A8 STEEL FEATURES:
1. The toughness is twice as high as that of SKD11 cold work steel, making complex dies, and the tensile die resistance to cracking and chipping is greatly improved
2. After the mold is tempered at a high temperature of 520-530°C, the hardness still reaches 61-63HRC, which reduces the risk of cracking accidents caused by residual stress in wire-cut processing molds.
3. It is suitable for surface hardening treatment so that the life of the mold is greatly improved.
4. Delivery status: Soft annealed to 235HB
