D Type Hydraulic Pulper / Hydrapulper / Drum Pulper /Hydrapurge for Paper Pulp Making
1. D-type hydraulic pulper is mainly used to degrade pulp board, waste paper, and broken paper, it is a new energy-efficient vertical hydraulic pulper.
2. The rotor of the center position, so that the waste paper could touch the rotor more quickly, and the frequency is higher.
3. The traditional water power pulper produces an unimpeded hydro cyclone, and waste paper moves to the center rotor But from the entrance according to the helix track. Hydrapulper
Used in the paper industry for breaking pulp sheets and breaking waste paper.

hydraulic cycle and fiber defiberizing and also perform continuous breaking with lower energy consumption.
Hydrapurge/ Turbo Separator/ Impurity Separator/ Fiber Separator for Waste Paper Pulping
1. Used for treating light impurities and tailing pulp in coarse screen section.
2. The main body is an inverse conical design, concave top structure, which can form a strong vortex, forming a low-pressure area in the top center and getting the light impurities and discharging them outside effectively.
3. Centrifugal force pushes heavy contaminants into a tapered reject channel the periphery of the extraction plate, then discharge out of the
machine continuously.
Drum Pulper
Drum pulper is used for disintegrating continuously and coarse screening under a high concentration of waste paper raw materials (14%-22%). Drum pulper is a product that incorporates pulping and screening functions and is particularly suitable for pulping unsorted waste paper raw materials.
Used for mild breaking to waste paper; Single crushing and screening; Pulping density reached 14%-18%; Does not damage the fiber.
D Type Pulper / D Hydrapulper Application

High Density / Consistency Hydrapulper

This Hydrapulper is to separate fiber, purification of the thick liquid material, and select thickly Pulping Equipment, can be continuous or intermittent treated with various different pulp, semi-chemical pulp, pulp board (meal), goods wasted paper, and so on.
