The Gluer Machine is special equipment mainly used for single-sided gluing of corrugated paper, grayboard paper, etc. It brings great convenience to our gluing operation and is welcomed by the market. The gluing machine is generally composed of large, medium, and small chrome-plated shafts, racks, gear sets, pulleys, motors, adjusting handwheels, and other components; about its operation: it is driven by the motor, and drives the gear set through the V-belt and V-belt to make the large, medium and small chrome-plated shafts rotate so that the small chrome-plated shafts and the glue in the glue tray are in the working position to achieve the purpose of gluing.

1. The designed maximum operating speed is 220 m/min;
2. The glue roller and meter roller adopts the modular and built-in design, they can be installed and removed from the operation side to facilitate repair and maintenance;
3. A pressure arm locking mechanism is provided to ensure stable and reliable operation performance of paper pressing roller (touch pressing plate) under a high-speed operation state;
4. The gap between the glue roller and the meter roller can be automatically adjusted according to the speed, paper material, and flute type;
5. The touch pressing mechanism for glue application is a paper pressing roller, and the gap between the paper pressing roller and the glue roller can be adjusted electrically to facilitate rapid changeover for processing cardboards with different flute types;
6. The glue pan is lifted pneumatically to facilitate cleaning. There are glue blocking plates installed at both ends of the glue pan to well prevent the glue from splashing from the shaft ends during high-speed operation of the glue roller and meter roller;
7. Layered independent frequency conversion motor, synchronous belt transmission, and relatively independent control are used in the power part to ensure the precision of transmission and to greatly reduce the vibration and noise during operation;
8. Layered independent adjustment and touch panel man-machine interface control is employed, so the adjustment and control are more flexible and direct-viewing;
9. The floating roller of the pre-heating cylinder is electrically adjustable (this function is optional to users) to facilitate paper passing through and adjustment of the angle of contact.
