Product Description

HUATAO Stock Preparation D-type Pulper and High Consistency Hydrapulper for Pulp Making Production in Paper Mill. Mainly used for OCC/AOCC paper pulping production with kraft/testliner/fluting paper production.

 

Product Description

1. When the electric motor start up,the impeller begain to turn the slurry of vat body will be suck in along the axis center . Throw from the circumference with high speed and form severe turbulence loops .

2. As the impeller tear at and different speed of slurry layer working together,it produce a huge rubbing effect and make the slurry defibering strongly, separation of fiber .At the same time, the fiber bundles in the gap between impeller and screen plate rubbing to improve the fibrosis effect.

3. It can shorten the pulping time, reduce energy consumption and increase the specific capapcity per unit of volume.
 

Application

Used in paper and pulp industry for breaking waste paper and wet-strength paper. This equipment is fitted with P.S. vokes rotor, which can strengthen hydraulic cycle and fiber defiberizing and also perform continuous breaking with lower energy consumption. Rotor deviates from the center of trough body and trough body structure is D-shape, which can make the contact between pulp and rotot quicker, with higher frequency.
