Product Description

The hydraulic pulper is one of the most commonly used pulping equipment in the pulp and paper industry. It mainly crushes pulp boards, waste books, waste cartons, etc. From the structural form, it can be divided into vertical hydraulic pulper and horizontal hydraulic pulper.

1. When the electric motor starts up, the impeller began to turn the slurry of the vat body will be sucked in along the axis center. Throw from the circumference with high speed and form severe turbulence loops.
2. As the impeller tears at a different speed as the slurry layer work together, it produces a huge rubbing effect and makes the slurry defibering strongly, separating of fiber. At the same time, the fiber bundles in the gap between the impeller and screen plate rub to improve the fibrosis effect.
3. It can shorten the pulping time, reduce energy consumption and increase the specific capacity per unit of volume.
4. Thereby, on condition of not increasing power and volume, capacity can be increased. The rotor and extraction disc are above the bottom plane of the trough body, thus, one low-pressure flow area can form around the rotor to gather heavy impurities, thereby the service life of the rotor and extraction plate can be extended.
