Alumina ceramic filter plate for Quartz Sand tailings
Ceramic filter plate with micro pores: it can be divided as white corundum, brown fused alumina and carborundum. Main
material is Al203 or SiC, added with some inorganic binder and pore-forming agent. It is shaped up by gradient
hydraulic compression and two-round sintering with high temperature of 1800~2100ºC. Pressure resistance is 8 bars.
Working Principle: Since this kind of cellular material has countless micro capillaries inside, during the whole procedure only
water is able to get through the filtering plate under the capillary action, on the other hand air is not able to get through the
plate, filtering is completed and vacuum rate could arrive beyond -0.097Mpa.
