1. Material Description:

The cylinder is made of 304 stainless steel, δ= 8mm,
the main shaft is 40Cr, which needs to be quenched and tempered by heat treatment;
the main shaft speed is 822r/min.
The blade is cast in 3Cr13.
The thickness of the sieve drum is 5mm, the shaft tube is 304 stainless steel, the thickness is 12mm,

and the other parts in contact with the slurry and liquid are 304 stainless steel.
Add a dilution water pipe to the bottom of the tank. Rotor dynamic balance grade G1.6.

2. Scope of supply:
Rotor unit, housing, screen plate, spray pipe (304 stainless steel), motor, motor slide, narrow V-belt, belt guard, anchor bolts.
