Magnetic Pump
Magnetic pump (also known as magnetic drive pump) is mainly composed of pump head, magnetic drive (magnetic cylinder), motor, base and other parts. The magnetic drive of the magnetic pump is composed of an outer magnetic rotor, an inner magnetic rotor and a non-magnetic isolation sleeve. When the motor drives the outer magnetic rotor to rotate through the coupling, the magnetic field can penetrate the air gap and the non-magnetic material isolation sleeve, and drive the inner magnetic rotor connected to the impeller to rotate synchronously, realizing the non-contact synchronous transmission of power, and will easily leak The dynamic seal structure is transformed into a static seal structure with zero leakage. Since the pump shaft and inner magnetic rotor are completely sealed by the pump body and the isolation sleeve, the problems of "running, popping, dripping, and leaking" are completely solved.
1. Since the transmission shaft of the magnetic centrifugal pump does not need to penetrate the pump casing, but uses the magnetic field to drive the inner magnetic rotor through the magnetic field and the thin-walled transmission torque of the isolation sleeve, it fundamentally eliminates the leakage channel of the shaft seal and realizes complete sealing.

The principle of operation:
The driving device is fixed on the electric motor shaft with the active magnetic joint and the pump room is completely obturated. The impeller with magnet is indirectly driven to revolve with magnetic coupling. The structure is compact and it is safe and energy saving.
Pump body structure:
The part contacting the liquid is thermoplastic and the armor is made of metal material. So the pump is enough to endure the weight of the channels and resist mechanical impact.
