Audited Supplier Our needle felt roller sleeve is mainly used for aluminum profile extrusion cooling system, it could be divided into four stages, every stage have different resistance to temperature, in the first stage(discharge port), the temperature is the highest, there will need the PBO felt roller, after a phase of cooling, the temperature have dropped, the Kevlar roller could do the work, after these two stages of initial temperature, the temperature is much lower, in the late stage of cooling table again it will need lower temperature,the nomex and polyester raw material is enough, and the price will be much lower than others,the following is difference between different raw material,for your information:
Polyester Felt roller sleeve is not as high temperature as Kevlar fibre and BPO raw material,polyester felt rollers' highest temperature up to 180ºC,so it could not used on the discharge port or the second stage, it mainly applied to general tonnage extrusion machine saw table.
PBO rollers --- resistance to temperature 600ºC --- suitable for discharge port
