Product Description

Forming fabric includes: Single layer forming wire, Double layer forming wire, 2.5 layer forming wire, SSB forming fabric, Cresent Former Forming Fabric.

Paper making felt includes: Press felt, BOM felt, MG felt, Pick up felt, Shoe press felt, Combi Press Felt, Seamed felt.
The paper-making felt are of good adaptability, smooth surface, low steam consumption, long life and a fine water-filtering 
performance, which makes the paper a superfine surface.

Paper making felt Working Principle:
In the press section of a paper machine, water is removed from the newly formed sheet. The paper sheet is carried by a 
press fabric between two rolls, where water is removed with the application of pressure.  also can be assisted by the use of vacuum and heat.

Dryer screen can be classified depending on weaving struction can be divided into WOVEN type and SPIRAL type.
Flat yarn spiral dryer screen is composed of flat wire, the surface dryer screen is smooth, depending on the filling yarn added to the spiral dryer screen, air permeability range from 100 to 1380 CFM.
We have launched a new flat yarn woven dryer screen, which is a unique two-tier flat warp weave screen with controlled permeability, recommended for Unirun positions and high-speed machines. The higher surface contact area helps to increase the heat transfer with better sheet support thus lowering the energy consumption.

Round yarn is a woven dryer screen made from high-grade round monofilament polyester yarns.
According to the category, a round yarn is woven dryer screen can be divided into one and a half layers, double layer,s and rectangular wire fabric. According to the joining mode, it can be divided into insert, pin, pin ring, and spiral ring joint.

How to choose the right forming fabric for your paper machine?

Forming fabric design based on different machine type, operation speed, paper grade. So please provide us your paper machine information as details as possible.

How to Install Forming fabric
1. Before installing the forming wire, kindly check the equipment if it is in good condition, the surface of wires should be forbidden from unevenness, slanting, burr, sand, etc.

2. The running direction must be in accordance with the direction of the arrow on the wire, the wire should be placed in the correct position, and the rollers should be paralleled with each other to prevent the wires from being deflected.

3. There should be a swinging high-pressure water device that used to wash wire. Water pressure is not lower than 6-10 kg/cm² for the medium and low-speed paper machine; speed more than 350m/min, water pressure is not lower than 10-15 kg/cm²; When using multi-layer forming wire, water pressure is not lower than 15-30 kg/cm², meanwhile water should be clean and without sand.

4. When installing the forming wire, firstly let the wire be slightly tensioned, add water to lubricate the operation, adjust the tension to normal after sizing, keep the tension of the low-speed paper machine at 3-4 kg/cm², and high speed one at 4-6 kg/cm².
