Not only is the start-up operation simple, but the transfer speed can be greatly improved due to the separate control of the transfer, which greatly improves the output of the single machine.
3. The machine has a high degree of automation and a high safety factor. Once the machine fails, the machine will automatically stop.
4. It is designed with a cold pressing mechanism. The machine is extruded by the cold die during the suction process, and the moisture in the product will be squeezed out, and it will be sucked away by the vacuum at the same time. Compared with the product produced by the machine without cold pressing, the water content is reduced by more than 6% - 8%. The load on the drying room is reduced and energy is saved. (The profit of the egg tray industry mainly depends on energy consumption. The smaller the energy consumption per unit of output, the greater the profit.)
5. The forming machine has a good function of brushing edges and molds. The product is neatly surrounded without burrs, and the time for brushing molds is reduced. Increased run time increases daily output.
