Special processing timing belt is to improve the material or appearance of traditional timing belt to meet the special use functions of the equipment under special working conditions. Its main application scenarios are as follows:
1. The back of the timing belt is thickened and glued to provide additional friction. It is mainly used for traction, transportation and other working conditions. There are also low-friction cloths on the back of the synchronous belt, which are used when items are accumulated and transported.
2. There are stops and fixed clamps on the back of the timing belt to provide positioning and transportation.
3. Use unconventional materials to adapt to extreme temperatures.
1) High temperature resistance (divided into two situations: high ambient temperature of the equipment and transportation of high-temperature items). According to general experience, the high temperature range of the synchronous belt contact: 80°C~200°C (ambient temperature) 100°C~600°C (transportation temperature of hot items).
2) Low temperature resistance. According to general experience, the low temperature range of synchronous belt contact is: -20°C~-50°C.
4. Oil and ozone resistant.
5. Anti-static low resistance and anti-conductive high resistance
