The Guide Roll is the most used roll in the paper machine, mainly distributed in the wire section, drying section, and press section. Its main function is to transmit the operation of the papermaking wire and felt. There are smooth rollers used in the dryer section. With the increase of the speed of the paper machine and the increase of the width of the paper web, this requires the wall thickness of the guide roller to be more uniform, and at the same time puts forward higher requirements for the dynamic deflection to meet the needs of the high-speed paper machine.
