Product Description

1.  SS304/SS316 Screen Basket For Pressure Screen With High Screening Efficiency is composed of a sieve perforated plate, an overflow bucket and a non-perforated plate.

2. There are many small holes distributed on the screen plate, and the vapor passes through the small holes from bottom to top, transfers heat and mass through the liquid layer on the tray, and then rises.

3. The liquid flows through the tray according to a certain route, and the liquid is held by the vapor with a stable flow rate, and flows through the overflow hopper to the non-porous plate (liquid receiving tray) of the next tray.

4. The thickness of the liquid layer is determined by the height of the inlet baffle and outlet baffle on the tray.

Pressure Screen Rotor

The pressure screen rotor rotates inside or outside the screen basket, and the rotor on the rotor runs close to the screen basket. At the front of the rotor, the rotor exerts pressure on the pulp, allowing the pulp to pass quickly. At the rear of the rotor, a negative pressure is formed, and the purified slurry backwashes the screen basket to prevent the screen holes from being blocked.

The pressure screen rotor adopts the flow structure design of bottom slurry feeding, heavy slag discharge at the bottom, and light slag discharge at the top to effectively solve the above problems. Light impurities and voids in the slurry naturally rise to the top slag discharge port and discharge, and heavy impurities enter the body and can settle to the bottom to discharge.

In this way, on the one hand, the pressure screen rotor effectively shortens the residence time of impurities in the screen area, reduces the possibility of impurity circulation, and improves the screening efficiency; on the other hand, it prevents damage to the rotor and the screen basket caused by heavy impurities and extends the Service life.
