Ink Roll for Printing Machine
Ink rollers are the rubber rollers in all ink supply systems. Ink rollers should ensure good working stability of ink delivery system, uniformity of ink and continuous ink supply in the printing process. Ink rollers should have good ink-friendliness, elasticity, and solvent resistance, etc. The core of ink rollers should have good rigidity and strength, and have the ability to resist deformation. Printing ink rollers are generally composed of a metal core and a rubber layer. The role of the ink roller is to quantitative printing ink, evenly transported to the printing plate.
The properties of ink rollers include physical and mechanical properties of ink rollers, chemical properties of ink rollers and printing properties of ink rollers.
The printing performance of ink rollers refers to the various properties of ink rollers that match the printing quality, printing speed, rolling state, wetting solution, ink, printing plate and other printing conditions and are suitable for printing operations, including ink-friendliness, transferability, elasticity, weather resistance and wear resistance.
The diameter of the ink roller, that is, the diameter of the ink roller, varies greatly depending on the type of printing machine and the role of the ink roller. The length of the ink roller generally refers to the length of the rubber surface of the ink roller. The length of the ink roller depends on the maximum size of the printing surface of the printing machine. In general, the length of the ink roller of domestic full sheet printing machine is not more than 650mm, and the thickness of the ink roller rubber layer depends on the diameter of the ink roller, the size of the core and the hardness of the ink roller rubber body. In general, the diameter of the ink roller is 40~60mm, and the total thickness of the rubber layer is between 20~40mm.
