Product Description

1. Used in deinking system for breaking waste pulp under high consistency condition. Three-spiral rotor can achieve gentle breaking pulp under high consistency, thereby not breaking impurities at the same time of defiberating and separating ink.

2. When the electric motor start up,the impeller begain to turn the slurry of vat body will be suck in along the axis center . Throw from the circumference with high speed and form severe turbulence loops .

3. As the impeller tear at and different speed of slurry layer working together,it produce a huge rubbing effect and make the slurry defibering strongly, separation of fiber .At the same time, the fiber bundles in the gap between impeller and screen plate rubbing to improve the fibrosis effect.

 4. It can shorten the pulping time, reduce energy consumption and increase the specific capapcity per unit of volume.
