Electric Pneumatic Double Pneumatic Diaphragm Pump Manufacturers
Electric diaphragm pump is a new type of pump. In recent years, due to breakthroughs in diaphragm materials, more and more industrialized countries in the world are using this type of pump to replace some centrifugal pumps and screw pumps. Used in petrochemical, ceramics, metallurgy and other industries.
1. No irrigation and diversion is required, and the automatic capacity can reach more than 7 meters.
2. Good passing performance, particles and mud with a diameter of less than 10 mm can pass through without difficulty.
3. Since the diaphragm separates the conveyed medium from the transmission mechanical parts, the medium will not leak out. And the pump itself has no shaft seal, so the service life is greatly extended. According to different media, the diaphragm is divided into neoprene, fluorine rubber, nitrile rubber, etc., which can meet the requirements of different users.
4. The medium flowing part of the pump body can be divided into cast iron, stainless steel and rubber lining according to user requirements. The motor is divided into two types: ordinary type and explosion-proof type (B3b).
1. It is strictly forbidden to install valves at the pump outlet, if it is necessary to install valves; a safety valve should be installed at the outlet, and the working pressure should not exceed 4 kg to avoid losses.
2. Refuel in time to keep the lubrication system running normally.
3. The ambient temperature of the pump during use should be less than 40°C, and the temperature of the motor should not exceed 75°C.
4. The conveyed medium and its temperature should be within the allowable range of the pump material.
5. When the conveying liquid is a medium that is prone to precipitation and crystallization, it should be cleaned and drained in time after use to avoid damage when it is restarted.
Electric diaphragm pump adopts cycloidal wheel reducer, operates in a reciprocation way so that the liquid can be taken in and discharged continuously. It is widely used in petrol-chemical, ceramics and metallurgy industry.
