Petroleum chemical pump
This pump is used for pumping clear water, clean or liquid containing particles, containing abrasive substances harmful to ordinary pump body materials, suspended substances, corrosive to stainless steel materials, non-explosive substances; low temperature or high temperature liquids, medium aggressive or corrosive liquids.

Precautions for petrochemical pump applications
1. Before starting, make sure that the pump body and pipeline are filled with materials. The inlet water pump is turned on, and the inlet and outlet valves are turned off (to make the pump operate under low load working conditions and start the pump).
2. After starting, slowly open the inlet and outlet valves, pay attention to the working pressure of the inlet and outlet pressure gauges, and ensure that the working pressure is stable at the pressure required by the process standard.
3. During operation, pay attention to observe the vibration, noise, leakage, temperature rise and other conditions of the pump body, and handle it properly if there is any abnormality.
4. When the petrochemical pump is not running, it is necessary to close the inlet and outlet valves first, and then stop the pump.
5. If it is not used for a long time, it is necessary to remove the materials in the pump body.
