Heat resist aluminum extrusion kevlar nomex felt beltis mainly used for aluminum profile extrusion cooling system. High temperature felt roll could be divided into four stages, every stage have different resistance to temperature. In the first stage(discharge port), the temperature is the highest, there will need the PBO felt roller. After a phase of cooling, the temperature have dropped, the Kevlar roller could do the work.After these two stages of initial temperature, the temperature is much lower temperature,the nomex and polyester raw material is enough
This product is suitable for third-class and fourth-class cooling bed, we can design and produce into a stronger tensile strength felt belt according to the characteristics of the customer's use process, temperature resistance can reach 280 ºC (carbonization temperature), we produce the felt belt with special grade Nomex fiber, with good temperature and abrasion resistance, replace wood, graphite and other materials, are widely used in aluminum manufacturing process.
