Utilizing the strong directionality and concentrated energy of laser light, the laser plumb bob instrument adds three sets of semiconductor lasers to the optical plumb bob system, one of which emits a laser beam through the upper plumb bob telescope. The structure of the instrument ensures that the optical axis of the laser beam is concentric, coaxial, and in the same focal plane with the collimation axis of the telescope. When the telescope is aimed at a target, a small red spot will appear on the target. The instrument is equipped with an eyepiece laser visualization function that allows direct observation by the human eye. It also comes with a grid laser target to facilitate measurements. The instrument's lower pointing laser emits a laser beam through the lower pointing system, allowing for quick and intuitive alignment with a reference point. Additionally, the instrument has a horizontal laser dot that can hit a horizontal target at a distance of 30 meters. This product is equipped with a graduated disk for more accurate and convenient diameter measurements. It adopts an integrated body design, featuring a compact structure and stable performance. The instrument can be used to measure small horizontal deviations relative to the vertical axis, transmit points along the plumb line, and measure the vertical profile of objects. It is widely used in construction, industrial installation, engineering supervision, and deformation observation, such as in high-rise buildings, elevators, mines, water towers, chimney-type equipment installations, large aircraft manufacturing, shipbuilding, and other industries. |
