Our Heat transfer printing felt belt  are made of imported high-temperature resistant aramid fiber, the intermediate base fabric is a seamless endless base fabric, the dry heat shrinkage of the width is 2.5%, the length elongation is 3%, the use temperature is below 250 ° C, the conventional thickness is 8mm, and the weight is 3200g / Sq.m., other thickness also could be produced as your demands. It is a special blanket for digital/roll to roll transfer printing machines such as various fabrics, curtain fabrics, mousepads, webbing zippers, etc., suitable for various domestic and foreign heat transfer printing machines. All sizes support customization.

1. Misaligned----Our base cloth is use endless industrial silk. The testing report showed the misaligned rate is about ±3mm. enclosed our base cloth for your consideration
2. Shrinkage----The base cloth can control the shrinkage rate by 2.5%--3%.
3. Material---100% DUPONT Nomex, Polyester.

Sanforizing Felt Belt 
Our Sanforizing Felt Belt is woolen and high-temperature-resistant fabric product with polyester dry net as the substrate. During the usage, there are no phenomena of convergence shrinking and extending. The thickness is 6-8mm, and the weight is 2500-3000g/. It is the woolen blanket special for the cloth pre-reduction machine in the industries of silk, textile fabric, denim, dyeing finishing, polishing and dyeing, printing and dyeing, and knitting. The product can be specially made following the different instructions of the clients.
