The box body is fed into the main body of the automatic PE baler by the roller, the rear end of the box body passes through the electron beam sensor, the rear side paper gauge starts to start, and the pressing plate starts to fall, and the box body is squeezed. While the pressing plate is lowered, the pusher handle is pulled out by the air cylinder, the friction plate is connected, and the automatic PE baler starts to start.
The main shaft is equipped with main gear, groove cam, and main cam. The groove cam is used to lower the rocker arm of the carton strapping machine. The rocker's arm is centered on the crimping button of the blade table to wind the strapping rope. Then when the rocker's arm moves below the thread pressing button, the rocker of the thread hooking plate starts to start. When the wire hooking plate rocker pulls the strapping rope to the end, the gripping claw stretches out to pull the strapping rope, and then the wire hooking board retreats. The thread gripper relies on the sector gear of the main cam and the auxiliary gear to rotate while rolling the binding rope. At this time, the blade holder of the main body of the thread gripper is pinned into the groove of the blade seat, and the thread gripper rotates while biting the strapping rope and starts to retreat. The thread support plate is lowered toward the root of the thread gripping claw that starts to retreat. After descending, the thread support plate pushes the binding rope wound on the thread clamping claw. The strapping rope bitten by the thread clamping claw retains the part pressed by the thread support plate, while being pulled back, passing through the loop generated by the rotation, and then being knotted. When the main body of the thread gripper is retracted to the end, the thread gripper is opened and the strapping rope is released. During the retreat of the main body of the gripping claw, the cutter cuts one tying rope and at the same time pulls out another tying rope. And after the blade seat rod touches the frame, the tool returns by the force of the blade seat spring.
