Arc tooth timing belt is mainly composed of two parts: belt body and tooth shape. The belt body is usually made of high-strength polyurethane or rubber material, which has good flexibility and wear resistance. The tooth profile is formed by a series of arcs, which can be evenly distributed on one or both sides of the synchronous belt, forming a series of tooth grooves to mesh with the teeth of the synchronous pulley.
The working principle of the Arc tooth timing belt is to transmit power through the teeth on the synchronous pulley meshing with the tooth grooves of the synchronous belt. When the synchronous belt is subjected to torque, the belt body generates stress, causing friction between the belt and the tooth shape, and power is transmitted through the transmission of friction. Due to the shape of the arc teeth, the contact area between the teeth and the wheel is larger, so it can withstand greater torque and improve transmission efficiency.
Structure:
1. Back & Tooth Rubber: High quality Neoprene, provides protection against oil, grease, heat and aging.
2. Fiberglass Tension Layer: Glass fiber cord, provides high strength, good flexing performance and elongation
3. Tooth Surface: nylon canvas,Nylon fabric, provides resistance to abrsion and tooth shear
Advantage:
Good anti-crack performance, not easy to deform.
Ozone-resistant, wear-resistant and heat-resistant.
Good anti-aging properties and corrosion resistance.
Application:
Food, automobile, textile, pharmaceutical, printing, paper and other industries.
