Uneven tension is a hidden trouble in the normal operation of the elevator in the future. With the increasing number of the elevator operation, the wear between the wire rope and the rope wheel will be uneven, resulting in the reduction of the life of the wire rope and the damage of the traction wheel. If it is a traction driven elevator, the uneven tension between the wire rope will also reduce the traction gravity, serious may cause skid and cause safety accidents. This situation will also increase the noise and vibration during the elevator operation, reducing the ride comfort. In addition, if the tension difference between the wire is large, the car and the weight are concentrated on the individual wire rope, which may cause the insufficient safety factor of the wire rope. The tension of each traction rope shall be adjusted so that the difference is within 5%. |
