Endless Felt Belt
PBO felt belt also know as PBO Kevlar felt belt, aluminum industry endless felt belt, it could be used only for the aluminum profile extrusion line which produces large and irregular aluminum profiles. After the aluminum profile come out of the discharge port, and then after the initial introduction of cooling, the profile's temperature is still very high. When it comes to the feeding machine, the high temperature will soon be worn due to the high temperatures. In this case, PBO felt a belt that could standing temperatures up to 600ºC would be a better choice. There will be added five-story high-temperature fabric in our PBO endless felt belt, that will make our belt with strong tensile and will more wear-resistant.

Pad for Aluminum Extrusion
This kind of Felt Pad is available in 4 materials: PBO, Kevlar, Nomex, and Polyester, which can withstand different operating temperatures: 600ºC, 500ºC, 280ºC, and 180ºC. It is mainly used for the extrusion of an aluminum extrusion line on a moving beam of the cooling bed, with high temperature, wear-resistant, High density, non-delamination, lint-free, non-polluting aluminum profiles.

Aging oven spacer sleeve GING OVEN 
Our Felt Spacer Sleeve is made of 100 % Nomex fiber through the acupuncture process, it could be resistant to 280 degrees high temperatures. Before putting the aluminum profile into the Aging Oven, it should cover with a felt sleeve and then put between two layers of aluminum profile, that not only could protect the profile from scratches, but also maintain good air circulation. Our Felt Spacer Sleeve with high temperature is wear-resistant, incision smooth, uniform thickness, non-fuzz, has no line of exposure, no explosion edge, and a pollution-free aluminum profile.
