Aluminum Jacket Elbow Cover

The Aluminum Jacket Elbow Cover is a factory preformed, two piece snap fit protective shell designed for thermal insulation systems on pipe elbows. Manufactured from corrosion esistant aluminum (3003 / 1060 alloy), it serves as the outer cladding over rock wool, fiberglass, or calcium silicate insulation. The two halves are identical and join together around the insulated elbow, secured by screws, rivets, or band straps. No osite cutting, welding, or complex templating is required.

This product is widely used in chemical plants, refineries, power stations, shipbuilding, and HVAC systems for pipe diameters from DN50 to DN1000 (2″ to 40″) with 45°, 90°, or 180° elbows (1.0D or 1.5D radius).
