1.Testing Object This product is designed and developed specifically for vibration measurement that affects elevator ride quality. 2.Testing Basis The parameters related to elevator ride quality in "Measurement of Elevator Ride Quality (GB/T24474-2009)" and the requirements for elevator overall performance in "Specifications for Lift(GB/T 10058-2009)" are as follows:3.3.2 The maximum starting acceleration and braking deceleration of passenger elevators should not exceed 1.5 m/s². 3.Design Principle This tester uses a high-performance microcomputer chip paired with a high-precision acceleration sensor to sample and analyze vibration signals. Dedicated measurement software is used to analyze the measured data. |
| 4.Measured Data This instrument can measure the maximum acceleration on the X-axis, maximum acceleration on the Y-axis, maximum acceleration on the Z-axis, maximum velocity on the Z-axis, and maximum displacement on the Z-axis during elevator operation. 5.Preparation Before Measurement (1) Remove any carpets or other soft materials laid on the car floor. (2) Ensure that the car floor is flat, as significant movement of the instrument when placed on the car floor will affect the measurements. (3) Turn off car fans, air conditioners, and all audio alarms. 6.Precautions (1) All machinery and equipment in the building, including adjacent elevators, should be in normal service condition. (2) The vibration measurement sensor should be placed within a circular area with a radius of 100 mm centered on the car floor. The sound measurement sensor should be positioned 1.5 m ± 0.1 m above this area on the car floor and should be directed along the X-axis towards the main car door (Figure 6.1). |
