Features

1.With a fast-detachable structure, seat adopts threadless design, with convenient disassembly and assembly.On-line examine and repair can be carried out after opening the bonnet. 

2.For the same diameter, the trims with several Cv can be exchanged to settle for expansion of production capacity and to realize an accuracy control of flow reduction.

3.High-strength integral valve plug stem can never drop off, bend and anti-rotation and be ease on even control of turbulent flow under the conditions of high temperature and differential pressure.

4.Inherent flow characteristics such as equal percentage and linear are defined as per different designs of type of seat. 

5.Snap-in self-sealed seat, can be automatic centering, no need of grinding, and closely shut off.

6.All-metal plug seat adopts a special-designed angle to ensure a bidirectional linear sealing and realize a close shutoff.

7.The seal seat, designed for double-protecting and metal-inserted with long service life, no worry about erosion and blockage of granule medium.
 

Application
