Features

The seat features a convenient fast-detachable structure with a threadless design, allowing for easy disassembly and assembly. This enables on-line examination and repair by simply opening the bonnet.

The valve allows for the interchangeability of trims with different Cv values for the same diameter. This flexibility facilitates adjustments for expanding production capacity and achieving precise flow control.

The high-strength integral valve plug stem is designed to withstand high temperatures and differential pressures, ensuring it never drops off, bends, or rotates unintentionally. It provides smooth control even in turbulent flow conditions.

Different seat designs are available to achieve inherent flow characteristics such as equal percentage and linear. These designs ensure accurate and predictable control performance based on specific application requirements.

The snap-in self-sealed seat offers automatic centering and does not require grinding. It provides a tight shut-off without leakage, eliminating the need for additional sealing measures.

The all-metal plug seat utilizes a specially designed angle to achieve bidirectional linear sealing, ensuring a tight and reliable shut-off.

The seal seat is designed with double protection and includes a metal insert to enhance its durability. It provides a long service life and is resistant to erosion and blockage caused by granular media.

Electric valve positioner
Electric valve positioner is used together with VC9000. The DC current signal of the electric regulator is converted into air pressure to control the valve action. At the same time, feedback is provided based on the displacement and angle of the valve. The valve can be equipped with a single-acting positioner to form a closed loop, so that the position of the valve can be determined according to the output signal of the regulator. Carry out correct positioning, overcome the friction between the stuffing box and the valve stem, overcome the unbalanced force of the medium pressure difference on the valve core, and improve the positioning accuracy and adjustment speed of the valve. Can be equipped with single-acting and double-acting valve positioners. The positioner can also be configured according to customer needs.

Solenoid valve
If Vc9000 is used as a shut-off valve, it can be equipped with a solenoid valve to open or close the energized valve to ensure fast and positive two-way action. It can also be used in conjunction with a valve positioner to adjust the opening of the valve during normal operation, and use a solenoid valve to quickly close or open the valve when necessary.

Micro one-way valve
The micro one-way valve is a device that locks the air source pressure. It is installed at the constant pressure setting end and is used to replace the traditional spring. When the gas is cut off, the constant pressure maintained by the self-locking valve enables opening and closing under fault conditions.

Position transmitter
